When we first arrive we had to wait in the lobby for 9 hours because we had to wait for a COVID-19 test result. The hotel upgraded our room to a Superior room but in that room we found nails sticking up from the floor then they upgraded us to a suite. We were in the hotel for 23 days until our ✈️ flight left China. First Flight was cancelled due to lockdown. The staff was very helpful during our time there. They always let us know when we had to take a COVID test. When we had to leave early because they couldn't take guess they help us find a new hotel and drove us there too. Great place for foreigners who have to visit Zhengzhou plus the prices is very good 👍 for the hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel. Thanks 🙏 to the staff for all their help.

Excellent hotel! Very well situated. Breakfast first class. The service very good. At the lobby we’ll like to mention to Alice and Joy they were very helpful to find places and to phone for a taxi, also to indicate what to do in a Sunday in Zhengzhou.

Stay was absolutely superb; I’ve tried a few of the 5* hotels in Zhengzhou; this was by far my most enjoyable. The quality and friendliness of the staff, the hotel location and room quality - all exceptional.

Their bed, mattress cover and shower gel are soft. I feel asleep and easily relax as laying on the bed. Thanks for senior staffs, 赵璐 and 马婷丽, help me during the checkout process. They are so proud of the bed service. You guys should give it a try.

Swimming pool is small but clean and it always good to have it in a hotel. Dinner for $30 is excellent. Breakfast is wonderful.
